As we know the lifestyle of the aggressive, fashion conscious individual, we understand the importance of comfort and style. That's why you will find that our products are not overly sized so as to hinder performance, while not under sized so as to cause discomfort. What you will also notice is a smaller sleeve on our t-shirts for style and performance, a lighter weight cotton in all our apparel for soft comfort, and headgear as well as other accessories that fit nicely, smoothly, and pronounce both fashion and taste. Check our products out for yourself and if you are not fully satisfied, return the undamaged, unworn (or defective) merchandise to us within 10 days of purchase and we will exchange or refund your item. Exchange / Refund Policies Products that are replaced will be replaced with the same color and design as those originally purchased. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a completed online return form (click here). Refunds are permitted only when merchandise is accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and merchandise is unworn and undamaged. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges after initial purchase. ALL SALES RACK SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED SALES ITEMS. VanderShack Enterprises will only accept returns and / or exchanges on items purchased directly from SAYiWON'T (mail order, phone, online). SAYiWON'T products purchased through your local retailer must be exchanged or credited through that retailer (local retailer terms and policies may vary). Back Orders If a product you want is on back order, we will ship that product to you as soon as possible (usually within two working weeks). In case of this event, please be patient and work with us as we want to provide you with the highest quality products and the most enjoyable purchasing experience.
